Infamy

Today is another of our nation's memorial days. This one is unofficial, but like September 11th, it is no less significant than the official one we celebrate the last weekend of May. Today is the anniversary of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. It is the day that the USS Arizona sank, taking thousands to their deaths. It is also the day that pulled us full force into WWII.

For those who serve, served, or survive those who paid the ultimate price for others, I remember, and I say thank you for your sacrifice!
